2. Licensing & Compliance
Our operations meet or exceed the standards set by:
- OSHA 1926 – Construction Safety Standards
- ANSI and ASME B30 – Rigging & Crane Equipment Standards
We strictly follow industry regulations and safety codes. Clients must also comply with all applicable laws and requirements during a project.
3. Client Obligations
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate site and load information
- Ensuring safe and legal site access
- Obtaining any necessary permissions or permits unless otherwise arranged
Any delays or incidents due to incorrect information or access issues are the client’s responsibility.
4. Quotes, Invoicing & Payments
All quotes are valid for 30 days and may vary based on site conditions or additional requirements.
Invoices must be paid according to the terms agreed upon in the service contract. Late payments may result in additional fees or service delays.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.
Emergency or after-hours services may incur premium charges and are subject to availability.
6. Liability Limitation
Rigging NYC Contractors is not liable for:
- Delays caused by weather, third parties, or client actions
- Site conditions outside of our control
- Indirect or incidental damages related to service performance
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the contracted service.
7. Website Content & Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is owned by Rigging NYC Contractors. You may not reuse or reproduce our materials without prior written consent.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal or project information you provide will only be used for service delivery and communication, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
