Cushion tires suit smooth indoor concrete. Pneumatic tires suit yards, gravel and uneven outdoor ground. Using the wrong one is the most common mismatch on a forklift order.

On a bare rental the constraint is availability, so tell us the dates and we will confirm what is free. Two things worth sorting early either way: many managed buildings require a certificate of insurance naming them as additional insured, so check their requirements before the day, and if you want us to run the lift rather than just supply the machine, permits can add time.
