Common questions
When do I need a rough terrain forklift instead of a standard one?
As soon as the surface stops being level concrete. Unpaved yards, active construction sites, mud and gravel all call for the larger tires and higher clearance.
Can it work on a finished surface too?
It can travel on hard standing, but the tires are aggressive and it is heavier, so for finished floors a cushion-tire industrial forklift is the right machine.
How much notice do you need, and what about site paperwork?
On a bare rental the constraint is availability, so tell us the dates and we will confirm what is free. Two things worth sorting early either way: many managed buildings require a certificate of insurance naming them as additional insured, so check their requirements before the day, and if you want us to run the lift rather than just supply the machine, permits can add time.
