What is a spider box?
A portable distribution box that takes one heavy feed and breaks it out into multiple protected outlets for tools and lighting. It is the standard way to distribute temporary site power.
Do I need distribution gear as well as a generator?
Almost always. Running tools directly off a generator limits you to its outlets and offers no protected distribution across the site.
