What size generator do I need?
Add up the running load, then allow for the starting surge of the largest motor, which can be several times its running draw. Undersizing on that surge is the most common mistake. Send us the equipment list and we will size it.
Do you deliver and set the generator?
Delivery reaches well beyond the five boroughs. Inside NYC and the surrounding area we can send an operator; further out it goes as a bare rental.
Do I need a permit for a temporary generator?
It depends on size, fuel storage and where it sits. Tell us the address and the unit and we will tell you what it triggers.
How much notice do you need, and what about site paperwork?
On a bare rental the constraint is availability, so tell us the dates and we will confirm what is free. Two things worth sorting early either way: many managed buildings require a certificate of insurance naming them as additional insured, so check their requirements before the day, and if you want us to run the lift rather than just supply the machine, permits can add time.
