Scissor Lift
Scissor lifts for rent. A vertical platform that raises straight up on a criss-cross frame, giving a wide, stable deck rather than the single-point reach of a boom.
Electric slab scissors run quiet on non-marking tires for indoor and finished-floor work. Rough terrain scissor lifts take the same platform outdoors onto uneven ground on larger tires with outriggers. Available daily, weekly and monthly. We can supply an operator in New York City and the surrounding area; further out it goes as a bare rental.
Tell us the working height, the deck size you need and whether the ground is finished or broken, and we will match the unit. See the full rental fleet.

Common questions
Electric or rough terrain scissor lift?
Electric slab units are for hard, level surfaces indoors and on finished floors, and they run clean and quiet. Rough terrain units are diesel or hybrid, sit on larger tires and take outriggers, so they handle uneven or unpaved ground outside.
How high do scissor lifts go?
The class runs from compact indoor units of around ten feet up to large rough-terrain machines of sixty feet or more. Give us the working height you need to reach and the access route in.
Will a scissor lift fit through a doorway?
The narrow electric units are built for it. Give us the narrowest opening on the route and we will confirm which model clears it.
How much notice do you need, and what about site paperwork?
On a bare rental the constraint is availability, so tell us the dates and we will confirm what is free. Two things worth sorting early either way: many managed buildings require a certificate of insurance naming them as additional insured, so check their requirements before the day, and if you want us to run the lift rather than just supply the machine, permits can add time. Our permit breakdown covers what a given lift triggers.
