Work back from access. Measure the narrowest gate, door or path on the route in, then take the largest machine that clears it. Zero tail swing matters when you have to work against a wall.

Wheels are faster and cheaper on hard surfaces. Tracks spread the weight and keep working on soft, wet or sloped ground, and do less damage to what you are driving over.

On a bare rental the constraint is availability, so tell us the dates and we will confirm what is free. Two things worth sorting early either way: many managed buildings require a certificate of insurance naming them as additional insured, so check their requirements before the day, and if you want us to run the lift rather than just supply the machine, permits can add time.
