Common questions
Do you provide a driver?
In New York City and the surrounding area we can supply an operator with the vehicle. Further out it goes as a bare rental.
Can you handle the whole move instead?
Yes. If the job needs rigging, permits and a crew rather than just a vehicle, our machinery moving team takes the whole scope.
How much notice do you need, and what about site paperwork?
On a bare rental the constraint is availability, so tell us the dates and we will confirm what is free. Two things worth sorting early either way: many managed buildings require a certificate of insurance naming them as additional insured, so check their requirements before the day, and if you want us to run the lift rather than just supply the machine, permits can add time. Our permit breakdown covers what a given lift triggers.
